The Bay Club Ownership Resort and the Hilton Grand Vacation Club (HGVC) are located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, a planned community of resorts, vacation condominiums, golf courses, restaurants and shopping centers.  Waikoloa Beach Resort is one of four master planned destination resorts along the Kohala Coast that also includes the Mauna Lani Resort, Mauna Kea Resort and Hualalai Resort.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort is also located in this resort community a short shuttle ride from The Bay Club and HGVC and contains dolphin pools, waterways traversed by electric mahogany canal boats and modern air-conditioned trams that take visitors and guests to various locations within the Hilton Waikoloa Village where you can see one of the finest collections of international art in the islands as well as enjoy numerous fine restaurants, galleries and shops. 

The Bay Club Resort Amenities include:

The Bay Club is managed by: Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC)

        Being registered guests of The Bay Club will have access to the facilities at HGVC at Waikoloa Beach Resort which is adjacent to us. The Bay Club does not have an amenities agreement with The Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel/Resort to use their recreational/water facilities therefore, interested guests would need to check availability of daily pool passes directly with the hotel’s Front Desk. I think the pool pass is $85.00+tax for a family of four but, best thing is for your guests to get more information directly from the hotel’s Front Desk or Concierge. The Hilton hotel’s dining and shopping outlets are open to the general public.

As far as other leisure activities, your guests should see our on-site Activities Desk and Concierge for assistance. Please be aware that only Bay Club owners with their Ohana cards are able to get the discounted owner’s rate of $75.00+tax for golf at The Waikoloa Beach Course or Kings’ Course, registered guests of other resorts in Waikoloa would qualify for the resort golf rate of $130.00+tax or higher. The staff at our Activities Desk is very knowledgeable so please have your guests inquire with them.

     If you are an owner or a guest at The Bay Club:
You have access to the HGVC pool and pool bar and the limited amenities of the HGVC @ Waikoloa Beach Resort.  Please ask the friendly staff at the check in desk for details.

You are welcome to visit The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort area and enjoy the numerous fine restaurants, galleries and shops as well as the numerous activities including the Swim with the Dolphins and many additional  activities offered by Red Sail sports located at the Dolphin pools via a short walk or the tram that runs between them.

The Bay Club guests can utilize the pool and pool areas at The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort only by purchasing a pool pass.  Only HGVC members and guests or those who buy pool passes ($80 per day) can use the actual pool facilities at The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.

     If you are a member of the HGVC or a guest:
You can obtain a manager written pass providing unlimited access to the pools at The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.

You can obtain a pass to use the small fitness facilities at the nearby Bay Club.

     Also Note:
The beaches of Hawaii are open to public access, but not the hotel facilities next to the beaches like chairs or sun beds (if in doubt, just ask the friendly staff).

Throughout the Waikoloa Beach Resort, regardless of where you are staying, you have access to the golf courses, the Kings Shops and restaurants which are all public.

Directions To The Resort:

Leaving from the airport: Turn left onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway. Proceed approximately 18 miles to Waikoloa Beach Resort and turn left. Drive 1.8 miles to 69-450 Waikoloa Beach Drive. The entrance to Bay Club will be on your right.
